Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Most of the items are shipped with USPS 1-3 day Priority mail. The larger packages are usually shipped with FedEx HomeDelivery (7 business days)
We strive for great customer service and customer satisfaction. If you don't like the product for any reason, you can return it within 7 days and you'll receive a refund on the item. Just please message us before. Your questions are answered within an hour. We want to be sure that you're 100% happy with our beautiful products. Our reviews prove that we try to make everyone happy.
If you would like us to make you a custom arrangement, please message us. We take custom orders occasionally. Once you tell us the details of your ideas, we mutually agree on the arrangement and price to be done. We will put the arrangement temporarily together, or we show pictures of the flowers. When you approve, we will make a custom listing for you, which you purchase. Once you do, we will work on the arrangement. When it's completed, we will send pictures of it. Upon your approval, we will start the packaging and shipping process. Custom orders usually take 3-5 days to complete. Custom orders are not returnable or not refundable.
We ship internationally many times. International shipping takes between 2-4 weeks, depending on the country:
Canada: ~ 1 week
UK: ~ 1-2 weeks
Australia: ~2-3 weeks
Germany: ~2 weeks
Italy: ~2 weeks
Middle East: ~ 3-4 weeks
Other countries in Europe: ~2 weeks
- International shipping speed started to normalize.
- International customers are responsible for additional VAT taxes if it is required by their country.
- We will send you a separate tracking number, so you'll know where your package is currently.
- Buyers can review the current status of their packages. Login to your Etsy account, on the top right corner choose: Your Account -> Purchases and Reviews.
- We can send you the link for your tracking information if requested. Just message us, and we'll be happy to help with it.
